“The app is great and it's exactly what we were looking for. The team at Booker25 have been very helpful and available for any queries we have. I think the price point is also really good. Because this is a native Salesforce app, it's pretty easy to do any customisations you may want over and above the default fields”-Ashleigh Campbell, Systems Project Manager at Second Home.
Second Home’s mission is to support job creation by nurturing entrepreneurship and creativity in cities around the world. Their goal is to help businesses grow and do so in a socially responsible way. All their spaces use 100% green energy, they offer free spaces to local charities and their cultural programmes and cafe’s are free to the public. You can find their creative work and event spaces in London, Lisbon, and Los Angeles.
Not flexible enough
In order to make processes more efficient and to offer their members more convenience Second Home was looking for a new tool to manage reservations of meeting rooms and event spaces. The previous custom-made solution was no longer servicing their needs and not flexible enough to make simple changes.
The main requirement was that the new system would be easy-to-use, user friendly and flexible in supporting their upcoming growth. Booker25 ticks all those boxes and more according to Ashleigh Campbell, systems project manager at Second Home.
Setting up Booker25 in their Salesforce environment was made very easy by the Booker25 support team. Once the resources and resource types were defined they were up and running quickly and now they are creating their own custom fields if needed.
More efficient reservation management
Clear calendar overview
The front office staff who work with Booker25 on a daily basis are very positive about the new system, mainly the calendar overview has helped with efficiency and productivity on the workfloor.
What does the future hold?
To offer their members an increased customer experience and a more user-friendly way to book meeting rooms, Second Home is working on developing a member-app which will, of course, integrate with Booker25.
